Beginning with chair squats and knee lifts this barre class wastes no time getting your heart rate elvated. Fast paced lunges, knee repeaters, leg lifts on and off the barre combine balance work with lower body focus. Weighted arm exercises occur on their own and in combination with lower body exercises. On the mat intense mini ball exercises happen in a variety of positions to work every inch of your leg and the core at the same time.
