This barre class begins with low impact cardio to quickly elevate your heart rate and warm up your body. Then into weighted arms with lower body combo exercises (think squats/lunges). Planks and table top exercises to give you a total body experience with a core focus. Barre is used for major squat work and leg lifts at varying angles to hit every muscle in your leg.
